How to use the Head-Balance? Instructions for use in case of migraine treatment, ear buzzing, neuralgia, neck pains, etc.
The Head-Balance does not represent any danger for young children or your teeth. The effectiveness is in its simplicity. The users’ instructions can be summarized in a few points:
· In seated position, put the mouthpiece in your mouth (with the plastic ends on the inside) positioning the incisors behind the platforms.
· Masticate slowly and open the mouth slightly, close smoothly without pressing the mouthpiece too hard. 15 to 20 times with the head straight, 15 to 20 times with the head slightly turned to the left, 15 to 20 times with the head slightly turned to the right.
· Do the exercises morning and evening.
· Age and dental condition have no importance.
A few tips in case of problematic situations:
· Treatment of acute migraine: repeat the exercise 3 times and pause during 1 minute between each exercise.
· In case of teeth grinding during the night and snoring: 3 series of exercises before going to bed and 2 series in the morning.
· Muscular pains in the neck, shoulders, back or ear buzzing: 3 series of exercises morning and evening.
· Preventatively, you can also do 3 series of exercises morning and evening.
