The LightStimul combines sound therapy with light and improves 5 elements: energy, sleep, concentration, comprehension, creativity, relaxation and memorisation. The glasses are equipped with luminescent diodes (green) which flash at a determined frequency. Close your eyes and the light slowly passes through your eyelids. After a few minutes, you will see colours, geometrical forms and images appear.
During the session, the rhythme of the stimulation decreases and puts you in a deep relaxation mode, convenient to creativity and association of ideas (production of alpha and theta waves in the brain).
